As Managing Director, I have a passion for helping leaders build sustainable organisations and developing current and future workforces so a competitive advantage is achieved.

Business owners and community leaders today are faced with increasing employee related compliance regulations and standards.  I believe employers do want to recruit, retain and train more staff but often these initiatives are restricted because of the amount of “red tape” associated with employment matters.
